As Director of Construction, Daniel oversees every project from foundation to final punch list. His scheduling methodology is built around quality rather than speed, sequencing trades to allow proper cure times, environmental acclimation of materials, and the careful coordination that prevents the rework and compromise endemic to rushed construction timelines.
