The Ashworth building legacy began in post-war Phoenix, when Richard's grandfather laid foundations for a growing desert city. His father carried the tradition forward through the boom years of Paradise Valley, earning a reputation for quality that outlasted trends and market cycles.
In 1997, Richard Ashworth founded Ashworth Custom Homes with a singular mission: to build residences that belong to the desert as much as the desert belongs to them. Over nearly three decades, that mission has produced more than 150 luxury homes across Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the surrounding communities.
Today, with Claire Ashworth leading design and Daniel Mercer directing construction, the firm brings together three decades of building expertise, an eye for timeless design, and an unwavering commitment to the craft of homebuilding.
